GENERAL TERMS✦ The Artist reserves the right to decline any commissions for any reason: and thus cancel and refund the money at any time, it will not be mandatory to indicate the reason to the client.✦ These terms can be updated at any time without notice.✦ NO NFT✦ Selling the final product as an NFT is COMPLETELY PROHIBITED AND YOU WILL BE REGISTERED ON A BLACKLIST.✦ NO major changes (the Artist has the right to define what counts as a major change) after final sketch is approved , it will only be possible with and upon payment of a revision fee.✦ If the final result of the drawing is missing something that the customer wanted it to have, but was not indicated when placing the order or when the final sketch was approved, a refund will not be made.✦ Commissions are made in the order they were paid.✦ Work on the commission won't start until payment is made.✦ Be mindful of my style when commissioning me.PAYMENT✦ All prices are listed in USD✦ All commissions under 80 USD must be fully paid upfront.✦ All commissions over 80 USD can be paid half upfront and half upon completion.✦ The accepted payment methods are PayPal, Western Union Transfer Bre-B (Colombia) and Nequi Colombia.✦ Work on the commission won't start until payment is made.✦ Character with complex Anatomy or Highly Detailed designs will require an increase in the base order price.✦ For more characters on the same commission, half the price must be paid for each character, unless they appear in the background with little detail (discuss the details of your commission with the Artist to get a custom quote)✦ In the case of a traditional art piece, shipping is not considered or included on the advertised price and will be charged additionally.REFUND✦ You will only get a full refund if you see the preliminary sketches and you decide to not continue with the project. Otherwise, you will only receive a partial refund. (in which cases the Artist keeps the rights to the byproduct of the cancelled commission to use as they see fit.✦ Once the final product is delivered, there will not be any refund.✦ Survey the Sketches carefully before approving the final sketch!✦ The Refund is subject to transfer fees from the chosen payment method.USAGE TERMS✦ The art commissioned can only be used by the Client and the Artist Apohe (@apoheart).
However, a third party may use the commissioned artwork with the permission of the Client.✦ The Artist reserves the right to record and upload the creation of the artwork to their art accounts (for example a Speedpaint/Timelapse/Process) and may use it for portfolio purposes, unless discussed with the client previously.✦ It’s important to note that if posted online credit must still be given ( for example direct to “@apoheart” for Instagram)
The client may not edit, alter or trace the commissioned artwork without the Artist’s written permission.✦The Artist retains the rights to each image produced. Payment of the price listed is for the creation of a personalized work, not for transfer of rights.✦The Artist also retains full copyright of designs and incidental works created as a byproduct of the creation of the commission.✦ The work will not be used by The Artist for resale through digital or physical products, unless explicit permission is granted to do so.✦ The products may be posted online by the commissioner if credit is given or link back to the artist.✦ The final product is for Personal Noncommercial use ONLY. The client should not profit from the work done without discussing it in advance and thus formulating a written agreement (may require a fee or royalties).✦ Commercial Use Commissions do not transfer authorship of the work.DO's✦ Furries,
